If you can pay 10 bucks a month to stream the latest stuff from Netflix (and/or Amazon Prime, or Spotify, or …) you can spend 10 bucks per year to support Wikipedia. On the long run, the stuff Wikipedia holds is much more important than the virtual shelves from Netflix.
We tend to forget that because Wikipedia is just always there, always free, and somebody is always updating it. Wikipedia is around for 18 years now and you may have spent many hours on the site since then (and consumed hundreds of articles or seen presentations citing Wikipedia).
