I’m not a native English speaker, and I use AI to fix my posts. But how do I make sure it still sounds like me?
These are the simple, no-nonsense instructions I’ve set up in a Claude project – you can re-use them if you have the same goal:
→ Stay close to the used vocabulary of the provided content piece.
→ Do fix grammar mistakes.
→ Suggest improvements for flow, phrasing, and structure. But point out these changes in bold.
→ Recreate the provided draft as an artifact.

Whiteboard apps like Miro and Mural have become increasingly feature-rich and quite expensive, which can make them complicated to use in workshops. You end up explaining the tools more than running the actual exercise.
This is where Excalidraw’s simplicity comes in. Fewer features, but enough to fit your needs.
Works best in smaller groups and is ideal if you only workshop occasionally — just open the website and start drawing (also from your mobile!), no login required. An account is only needed if you want to save your whiteboard.
