How far away are we from this scenario:
Prompt: “Based on everything you know about me, create the perfect operating system for me.”
Then I head into the weekend, and on Monday morning I boot up Rolf OS. And I don’t need to install anything. Everything is baked into the OS. No 3rd-party app is necessary.
Seeing the buzz about AI agents recreating Adobe tools got me thinking about where this could lead. Right now, every tool is built for a specific platform. What if this layer vanishes into the unknown: Windows, macOS, Android, Linux … I don’t care. It just works.
Realistic or sci-fi? I think it is closer than we expect.
