Claude Design can replace Canva/Figma for casual design tasks, and is going for more.
It infiltrated my workflow when I started using it for experimenting with webdesign. Then it covered my slide-deck needs. I created a social media graphic with it, and now business cards.

For some of these tasks, the final result is already what I publish/present/send, and for others it just an idea I hand over to my designer, who works on the final thing.
I log into Figma less often, I no longer build decks with Gamma, and I present directly from Claude to clients.
This change happened slowly, task by task. I wonder how long it will continue, and how many specialty tools will still be needed in a future where your general AI assistant can cover most of your work needs.
